AVON – employer branding campaign

ABOUT THE PROJECT

A new look of the Ambassador Program for AVON, aligned with the fresh EVP - "Delight with us!" Designed at Absolvent Consulting. Communication with participants in the labor market is based on the slogan "Delight with us!", which works well as a recruitment call to action, complementing the traditional "apply" or "join us". The idea contained in it is expanded by the language used in dialogue with target groups. The foreground here are simple compliments, polite phrases expressing sympathy and gratitude, energetic greetings, etc. These include WOW, DIVINE, BEAUTIFUL, SUPER or THANK YOU - always written in characteristic quotation marks.
